From October 2026, you will be able to independently purchase cancellation insurance via the QR code provided at the ticket offices. Without valid insurance, no refund can be claimed in the event of an accident.

A season pass can also be purchased for dogs. Alternatively, day tickets are available in the partner resorts.
Regulations are defined in the General Terms and Conditions (GTC). Weather or operational interruptions generally do not entitle you to compensation.
If misuse is detected, the skipass is immediately blocked. A contractual penalty of 500€ (Südtirol Skipass Holiday 300€) is applied for each case of misuse, and the skipass is suspended for 14 days. Reactivation can take place no earlier than 14 days after the misuse has been identified. If cooperation is refused, a formal report will be filed.
